  • Where does Booonjour get its nutritional data from?

    We source our food composition data from Swiss Food and leading scientific research institutions worldwide, ensuring accurate and up-to-date insights.

  • How does the food analysis feature work?

    Enter food items or portions into the tool. The system breaks down calories, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals to help you understand what you eat.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the link we send to reset your password.

  • I’m not receiving Booonjour emails. What can I do?

    Check your spam/junk folder and whitelist @booonjour.com. If the issue continues, contact support.

  • Can I update my personal information?

    Yes. Go to Profile → Settings and update your details anytime. Your recommendations will adjust accordingly.

    You can access basic features for free, including general nutritional information and food analysis tools. For advanced features like personalized nutrition plans and expert coaching, we offer premium subscriptions with monthly or annual pricing.

  • What is the Goals & Daily Activities module?

    It’s a feature that helps you set, manage, and track personal goals like yoga, hydration, journaling, and more, so you can stay motivated and consistent in your daily activities.

  • How can I create a new goal?

    You can create goals in two ways:Choose from the Popular Goal List provided by the admin (e.g., Yoga, Drink Water, Daily Journal).Create your own custom user-defined goal tailored to your needs.

  • How do I know when I complete a goal?

    A goal is considered completed only when you manually mark it as completed. Once you do that from the In-Progress Goal Screen, it will automatically move to the Completed Goal Screen, where you can view your achievements.

  • What goal categories are available?

    Currently, the module includes types of categories like Exercise, Fluid and Daily Journal. More categories may be added over time.

  • Can I view a history of my completed goals?

    Yes. The Completed Goal Screen acts as a record of all goals you’ve achieved, helping you reflect on your progress over time.

  • How and where can I view my history?

    You can view your history on the Calendar view screen. All the goals you’ve completed are stored there with a tag, allowing you to reflect on your past achievements and track your overall progress.

  • How to mark a goal as completed?

    You need to manually mark a goal as completed. Simply open the In-Progress Goal Screen for that goal and tap the “Mark as Complete” option to move it to your Completed Goals list.

  • How to delete or edit a goal?

    Go to the Manage Goals section from your Goal Dashboard. Tap on three dots. [...] There you’ll find options to edit details (name, description, time, reminders) or delete the goal if you no longer want to track it.
